This pink variation of our award-winning Copper House Gin sees a splash of raspberry added to the original recipe of six botanicals. Copper House’s sweet orange peel and flowery hibiscus form a fantastic base for the vibrant raspberry flavours. The remaining warm botanicals, such as cardamom and coriander seeds bring balance and light hints of spice to this fresh, fruity favourite. ?Serve it with tonic and garnish with fresh mint and raspberries.
Abbot Ale is the culmination of knowledge and skills that have developed over centuries of experience. Brewed longer to a unique recipe using pale, amber and crystal malts, making it a full flavoured, smooth and mature beer. This irresistible ale has masses of fruit characters, a malty richness and superb hop balance.
Made from a mash bill of 25% East Anglian malted barley and 75% rye and matured in new French oak for at least five years. Winner of a World Whiskies Awards gold medal four times, it has lovely aromas of warm vanilla, raisin fudge and black peppercorns with a smooth, rich, and spicy palate.

Born of beer and aged in oak, Spirit of Broadside is an eau-de-vie-de-biere and quite a rarity. As well as being a moreish, after-dinner digestif, Spirit of Broadside is also a bit of a talking point. An intriguing alternative for the whisky connoisseur or inevitable eyebrow-raiser for the intrepid beer fan. Broadside beer is sent through our distillery and the resulting spirit is matured in oak barrels.
