Intense salmon pink colour. Clean bouquet with inviting scent of blackberry and plum. Crispy palate with rich fruit flavours and subtle spiciness. Very harmonious and elegantly balanced by pronounced acidity. Serve chilled at 9-11°C.Perfect on its own or served with fish and salads.
The wine is of deep red colour. The nose is reminiscent of blackberry and liquorice with a cracked pepper spice overtone. The palate is rich and rounded with soft tannins providing a lingering fruit-driven finish. Serve at 16-18°C for full flavour. Try it with rib roast or rich game dishes.
