Our copper-coloured bitter is brewed with East Anglian malt and emboldened by the late addition of herbal Fuggles, for an authentic hit of English hops. Southwold Bitter’s distinctive, thirst-quenching, herbal hoppiness provides a genuine English bitter experience. Biscuity malts and light, caramelised toffee notes balance its classic English hop character. They are added late in the brewing process to maintain their wonderful aromas and create a long, lingering, resinous finish on the palate.
Fruity notes of juniper and sweet orange peel sit alongside the floral flavours of hibiscus and classic aromatic London dry gin botanicals like cardamom and coriander seed. This aromatic gin is fruity and floral with classic notes of citrus juniper, zesty sweet orange peel and the crisp cranberry crunch of flowery hibiscus. Cardamom pods, coriander seeds and orris root add underlying hints of floral spice. Serve with Indian Tonic Water and the zest of an orange.
This pink variation of our award-winning Copper House Gin sees a splash of raspberry added to the original recipe of six botanicals. Copper House’s sweet orange peel and flowery hibiscus form a fantastic base for the vibrant raspberry flavours. The remaining warm botanicals, such as cardamom and coriander seeds bring balance and light hints of spice to this fresh, fruity favourite. ?Serve it with tonic and garnish with fresh mint and raspberries.
Made from a mash bill of 25% East Anglian malted barley and 75% rye and matured in new French oak for at least five years. Winner of a World Whiskies Awards gold medal four times, it has lovely aromas of warm vanilla, raisin fudge and black peppercorns with a smooth, rich, and spicy palate.

Born of beer and aged in oak, Spirit of Broadside is an eau-de-vie-de-biere and quite a rarity. An intriguing alternative for the whisky connoisseur or inevitable eyebrow-raiser for the intrepid beer fan. Broadside beer is sent through our distillery and the resulting spirit is matured in oak barrels.
Adnams Triple Malt Whisky is made with wheat, barley, and oats. The wheat creates extra smoothness and the oats, creaminess. Ageing in new American oak barrels for five years has created bold, strong flavours of coconut and chocolate. The finish is rich, with notes of cocoa nibs and charred oak.
