Created, as always, by Bruce Dickinson, it nods to history as exported beer for the troops needed to be made stronger to survive the journey to India, and more recently as the style and flavour of choice for the American craft beer revolution.

Our take on this traditional recipe adds a few botanicals and enjoys six months maturation, allowing the beer to pick up characteristics often associated with a sparkling wine.
