Brewed with 100% Scottish grown barley malt and water drawn from the Brewery well, this deliciously-balanced, full-bodied stout offers a rich roasted coffee aroma with a smooth finish, with lingering hints of dark chocolate and liquorice. Smooth, deep and distinctive.
From the heart of Scotland comes a ruby-rich ale with a bold character. Belhaven Dragon (8% ABV) is full-bodied and smooth, with dark fruit sweetness and a toasted malt aroma that lingers long after the last sip.
Intense salmon pink colour. Clean bouquet with inviting scent of blackberry and plum. Crispy palate with rich fruit flavours and subtle spiciness. Very harmonious and elegantly balanced by pronounced acidity. Serve chilled at 9-11°C.Perfect on its own or served with fish and salads.
The wine is of deep red colour. The nose is reminiscent of blackberry and liquorice with a cracked pepper spice overtone. The palate is rich and rounded with soft tannins providing a lingering fruit-driven finish. Serve at 16-18°C for full flavour. Try it with rib roast or rich game dishes.
