Pale yellow in colour with a greenish tint. On the nose, lemon and lime aromas are abundant. A clean, lively wine with nuances of nutmeg and cloves. Well – balanced and elegant, but with weight and good structure.
Serve chilled at 9-11°C. This excellent food wine will go well with shellfish, grilled sardines or lemon and herb roast chicken.

On the nose, the first impression is spicy, followed by ripe blackcurrant and blackberry aromas and a light touch of mint. The wine is full-bodied and lively, with good structure and spicy tannins. The mint accent carries through on the medium-long finish.
Serve at 16-18°C for full flavour
Excellent with grilled meats and steaks, Chili con Carne
Origin: Valle Central, Chile
The wine has a deep and beautiful ruby red colour. The nose seduces with a beautiful range of aromas of dried fruit like plums and figs. Once the wine is in the glass and has the chance to breath, the bouquet expands into toasted bread mingled with fruity notes of fresh cranberries and cherries. Soft, ripe tannins give backbone to this medium-bodied, good balanced wine and lead to a pleasant finish. Serve at 16-18°C. This Merlot matches dishes with white meats, fatty fish and pastas.
Doff your cap to the king of beers, a ruby royal beloved by the masses. Majestic malts meet Sovereign hops to create the regal flavours of sweet caramel, coffee and roasted malts. All hail the King!
Sweet malt, toffee and caramel and a touch of roasted malt. Very full bodied but easy drinking with a pleasant bitterness – smooth, rich and malty.
Innovation IPA is light, deceptively strong, and perfectly balanced, thanks to the use of wheat in its recipe. The initial assertive hoppiness delivers big flavours of grapefruit and mango, which are quickly balanced by a subtle, honeyed sweetness, and a caramelised, almost chewy finish. Delicious and fruity, you’ll find underlying hints of spice as its light base allows Adnams’ house yeast characteristics to shine through.
