Full Tilt is the epitomy of today’s contemporary craft beer. Hazy, fresh, juicy and packed full of tropical flavour, vibrant aromas of mango, lychee and grapefruit. A salute to the American West Coast pale ales, using bright, punchy Australian and New Zealand hops.
Full Tilt is fabulous with grilled meat, such as Florentine Steak. Caramelization is the key here. That crust on the grilled meat pulls out the caramel malt in the beer, while hop flavour and bitterness provide umami contrast.

Released during the summer of 2019, Velocity immediately made a big impact on the craft beer scene. This deliciously citrusy and refreshing Session IPA has already won a gold medal in the UK, managing to blend big hop flavour in an easy drinking, contemporary style.
Session IPAs work well with fried or salty foods, as the salt and fat tone the bitterness down and call attention to the flavours underneath, while the carbonated texture matches perfectly with the crisp food. A glass of Velocity with a plate of fried fish or some olive all’ascolana is a beautiful thing.

Saltaire Brewery’s Zipwire is a pale ale in exceptional style. Lip-smacking citrus hop character and smooth, sweet malt are accentuated by the addition of real, pulped oranges.
Taking this beer to the next level is the addition of fresh fruit peel and zest, balancing the tartness of grapefruit with the vibrant sweetness of orange. Juicy and refreshing, Zipwire brings a delicious citrus edge to an easy-drinking pale beer.
Saltaire Brewery’s easy drinking citrus pale beautifully tackles a spicy pizza with cooling bitterness and some heat-moderating malt. The hops amplify the spice at first, but ultimately carry it away. The heat of the pizza moderates the sweet orange and grapefruit, allowing the more intricate flavours of Zipwire to shine through. The richer and more complex the toppings, the better.

THE ORIGINAL CRAFT BEER
