Gold showcases the very best of what cider making is all about. Crafted from a blend of our favourite apples, including Dabinett, Porter’s Perfection and Harry Masters Jersey, Gold sets the standard. A real ‘cider drinker’s cider’.
Belhaven Scottish Stout is well-rounded, full-bodied and pleasantly malty. The roasted malt tastes really strong, there is also dark chocolate, coffee, spiciness and a hint of dark syrup, even molasses. The hopping does not overpower, but allows the solid malt body to come out beautifully.
Pale yellow in colour with a greenish tint. On the nose, lemon and lime aromas are abundant. A clean, lively wine with nuances of nutmeg and cloves. Well – balanced and elegant, but with weight and good structure.
Serve chilled at 9-11°C. This excellent food wine will go well with shellfish, grilled sardines or lemon and herb roast chicken.
