The only cloudiness we like is in our Haze cider. A thirst-quenching combination of Discovery, Falstaff, Gala and Jonagold apples are crafted into this crisp, sweet cider.
Unusually light, agile, yet complex, Unicorn hasn’t changed in over a hundred years. It was originally brewed by Frederic for his father William, at the Unicorn Inn. Dripping with heritage, it’s a magnificent, thirst-quenching, thoroughbred bitter. The first of a bloodline that continues to this day.
Thatchers Rosé is bursting with refreshing apple flavours and nose-tickling sparkles. It’s made with a blend of rosy-red dessert apples including Cripps Pink, Fuji and Gala.
Triple Knot is inspired by the strong Tripel ales brewed in Belgium. Our take on this traditional recipe adds a few botanicals and enjoys six months maturation, allowing the beer to pick up characteristics often associated with a sparkling wine. You’ll find intense flavours of honey, orange blossom and pear drops are followed by subtle bready hints and a warming, luscious, sweet finish.

TROOPER is a Premium British Beer inspired by Iron Maiden. It features Malt flavours and citric notes from a unique blend of Bobek, Goldings and Cascade hops helping to give this deep golden ale a subtle hint of lemon. TROOPER takes its name from the Iron Maiden song which itself was inspired by the famous Charge of the Light Brigade.
